DYK: For us to create new ideas we would, ideally, be relaxed and attentive. Sounds a bit contradictory for some however think of it like this, it is important to allow yourself to take in information and create something new from what you’ve processed. Therefore your alpha waves need to flow to have that “eureka” moment. It was once believed that creativity lived in the right hemisphere of our brain, however, recent studies show that being creative also requires us to switch to a task-oriented state to execute our ideas. Because of this, locating where the burnout is happening can be quite challenging. To heal and reactivate creativity, we’ve formulated the Creativity Conductor remedy. The ingredients in this recipe go deep into your right hemisphere to help you achieve a peaceful and balanced flow state, with a low dose of herbs that spark the anterior cingulate cortex in your frontal lobe to organize your creative journey.

At Amid The Moss we have been studying these remedies (remeteas, lol) since our first sip of chamomile circa ‘96. Now that a few of our own recipes have been practiced and tested, we are ready to share them with you!

Each tin contains 50 grams of dried herbs

Approx 2–3 grams of tea for every 8 ounces of hot water
