Every product you find here begins with a simple belief: healing doesn't have to be complicated, expensive, or disconnected from the earth.
Why?
After years of navigating my own mental health challenges, including anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, and the frustration of prescriptions that did not quite fit, I turned to what I could trust: plants, psychology, and neuroscience.
I've spent over a decade studying how the brain and nervous system respond to botanical compounds. I don't guess at formulas or follow trends. Each tea and supplement is created through an evolving understanding of psychology and neuroanatomy, informed by both historical herbal use and modern research on how these plants function in the body.
When it comes to medicinal herbal remedies, details matter. Every tea bag is filled by hand to ensure you get the right blend in each cup. This allows me to meticulously review each ingredient for quality. Something an industrial machine simply can’t do. I use wood pulp and cotton tea bags (no PFAs or harmful chemicals). I source herbs thoughtfully, asking detailed questions about growing practices, soil testing, and pesticide use. And I pack every order with care, using minimal packaging.
Each formula is original, created from my understanding of how specific herbs interact with neurotransmitters, stress pathways, and brain chemistry. This is thoughtful, intentional work grounded in science and years of study.
This is intentional, human work.
The book boxes came from a refusal to waste. After seeing books being dumped (not even recycled… straight up duuuummmped) by book stores, libraries, and secondhand retailers, I knew something had to be done. These books are worth saving. If they weren’t loved in their current state, maybe breathing new life into them would give them a second chance. Every previously owned and loved book I hollowed out for art had leftover pages, so I turned them into handmade paper. (Also available in the shop!) Every hardcover that couldn't be sold became a secret vessel for treasures. Nothing goes to waste. Everything has a story.
