At Amid The Moss, we handcraft each order with care and intention. Here's what you need to know about shipping:

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please note:

  • Made-to-order items (such as Happies Pain Relief Gummies) require 1 additional day for preparation before shipping
  • Custom Book Boxes require 3-4 days for design and assembly after we receive your book
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout based on availability and delivery speed. Only the options available in your area will populate at checkout. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier. Rates vary depending on the shipping method you choose.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and service level you selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
