This approach gives you the space to reflect more honestly, without time constraints or the feeling of needing to explain everything perfectly.

After your purchase, you’ll receive a detailed intake form to complete. This helps me understand not just what you’re experiencing, but how it’s showing up in your body, your mind, and your daily rhythms.

From there, I thoughtfully create a blend using herbs selected to support your specific needs.

This is for those who prefer a more thoughtful, private approach to support. Without the pressure of an appointment or the need to explain everything in real time.

What to expect:

1. A custom-crafted tea blend packed into 35, all natural, wood pulp & cotton tea bags. (35 servings)
2. Personalized formulation based on your intake 
3. A unique refill code to easily reorder your blend at a reduced price of $29 for 35 servings. When you’re ready to reorder, you’ll receive a short check-in form (3–5 questions) so your blend can be adjusted to reflect how your body is responding.

Each blend is created by hand & formulated individually.

2–3 days for formulation

1 additional day for packaging & preparing to ship

Total processing time is approximately 3-4 days from the time your intake form is completed.

Once your order is placed, your intake form will be sent via email so you can complete it in your own time.
